What is the order process?
First you will choose your card design and place your order. Once your order and photos have been received we will create your custom card. Within 1-2 business days we will send you an e-proof for you to approve before we can print your order. Once you have approved the order we will send it to production. Your order will ship 1-3 business days later!

What is the minimum order quantity?
25 Cards. After this you may order any quantity. (unless otherwise noted on order form)

I like a design that features three photos, but I only want to use one. Can I change that?
Yes you may. Simply send just one photo and make a note of it when you customize. We will happily modify any design for you!

What is a proof?
A proof is a low resolution digital image of your announcement. When you order a custom card from Doodlebug Dezigns we use the information you provide to create a design just for you. Once you approve that and it is just right, we send it to the printer.

When I see my proof, can I request changes?
Yes. We ask that when you submit your information, you try your best to send the correct information. This ensures a quick proofing process and faster printing times. However, we are happy to accommodate any changes.

Will the colors in the printed card be exactly what I see on my monitor?
Monitor settings can vary tremendously in terms of brightness, contrast and even colors. For this reason, it is impossible to say that your cards will match exactly what you see on screen. However, please know that the colors in each design were put together by our designer who has an expert knowledge of color theory. We are sure that you will enjoy the colors in your printed card.

What is your cancellation policy?
Our policy depends on the stage your order is in when you cancel. If we have not started your order, there is no charge. If we have started your order, there is a $20 cancellation charge. If you have approved the proof and we have started printing the order, you will be charged in full.

What if there is a mistake on my printed cards?
We do our best to ensure that no mistakes are made. We use that exact information from you and send you a proof for you to view. We ask that you double and triple check the proof. After you sign-off that is what goes to print. If for some reason the printed cards have a mistake that occurred after the proof process, Doodlebug Dezigns will reprint your cards at no cost to you. If the cards have a mistake that was due to incorrect information being entered by you, we must ask that you pay for the reprint of the cards. Please double and triple check your proof.

What is the difference between the Matte photo paper and 110 pound matte Cardstock paper?
Matte photo paper is an actual photograph, printed on professional quality Kodak Archive paper, with a Luster (matte) finish, which resists fingerprints. The 110 pound cardstock paper is press printed and not a photograph, but are produced on state of the art digital printing presses. Both papers come with envelopes.

Tell me about the Self Inking Rubber Stamps.
This clever personalized seal design is by PSA Essentials. Self-inking stamp impressions measure 1.63". Self-inking stamps can accommodate up to 55 characters around the center design. (Please note: we will not be responsible for orders that exceed these limits!) Self-inking stamps come with a standard black ink cartridge. Additional cartridges in black or one of 9 other colors can be ordered for $8.50 each. Each cartridge contains enough ink to make approximately 10,000 to 14,000 impressions. This item typically is ready to ship to you within 7-10 business days.
